Welcome to All-4-Cats! A website dedicate to cats, new cat owners, experienced cat owners, and cat lovers.
My name is Rebecca Sebek, and I started this website because I am new to the world of cats. I grew up with dogs and never had a cat. In 2008 I decided to get a cat and it turned my world upside. There are a bunch of myths that surround cats such as they don’t like water. I found out quickly that this wasn’t true in addition to other myths such as kittens are easy to take care of. Not true, especially if they’re a feral cat.
The main focus of this website will be for new cat owners like me. The world of cats is not like the world of dogs. Cats are more delicate and susceptible to nasty diseases like upper respiratory infections and other diseases. I just found out they don’t always do well in multiple cat households even though people seem to have two or more cats.
Take from this website what you will and leave the rest. Hopefully some light will be shed on cats, especially for new owners. If you’d like to leave a comment on the blogs, please feel free to do so. I’d like to learn as much about cats as I can, and I’m sure I’ll learn a lot from everyone who visits this site.
